The service

Shockwave Ads LLC ("we," "us") provides done-for-you patient marketing services for shockwave and regenerative-medicine clinics — the "Shockwave Marketing Package" — including advertising campaign management, creative production, booking pages, automated lead follow-up, and performance reporting. Services are provided month-to-month for a monthly fee (currently $1,400/month unless otherwise agreed in writing), plus advertising spend that clients pay directly to the advertising platform on their own ad accounts.

No guarantee of results

All performance figures on this website and in our materials — including booked-appointment counts, cost per booked appointment, show rates, and calculator projections — are estimates based on typical historical performance across clinics using this system. They are illustrations, not promises. Actual results vary with market, budget, offer, seasonality, and each clinic's own consultation and sales process. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, appointments, patients, or revenue.

Client responsibilities

• Fund your advertising budget directly with the advertising platform (recommended minimum $50/day);
• Review and approve advertising content for your clinic, including all claims about your services, pricing, and outcomes, and ensure compliance with the laws and licensing-board rules that apply to your practice;
• Ensure appropriate consent for communications with your patients and leads;
• Respond to and treat the patients the marketing produces.

Billing and cancellation

Fees are billed monthly in advance by bank autopay (ACH) unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid month; fees for the month in progress are not refunded. Promotional periods (such as an included first month) are as agreed at signup.

Ownership

Clients own their advertising accounts, business pages, and patient relationships. We (and our licensors) own the marketing systems, funnels, automations, templates, and creative materials we build and operate, which are licensed to clients for use during an active engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the service fees paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

General

These terms are governed by Utah law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Individual client engagements may be governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance.
