Who we are

Shockwave Ads LLC ("we," "us") provides done-for-you patient marketing services to shockwave and regenerative-medicine clinics. This policy describes how we collect and use information through this website and through the marketing services we provide to our clinic clients.

Information we collect

From visitors to this site: basic analytics information (pages viewed, device type). This site does not require accounts and has no forms that collect personal information.
From our clinic clients: business contact information (name, practice name, email, phone) provided during onboarding and service delivery.
From patients responding to our clients' advertising: when a person responds to a clinic's advertisement managed through our services, the contact information they submit (such as name, phone number, and email) is collected on behalf of that clinic to schedule appointments. That information belongs to the clinic the person contacted, and its use is also governed by that clinic's own privacy practices. We intentionally keep lead forms minimal and do not ask for medical histories, diagnoses, or insurance information.

Text messaging (SMS) disclosure

When a person submits a form requesting an appointment or information from one of our clinic clients and provides a phone number, they consent to receive text messages related to that request (appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up) sent on behalf of that clinic, including through automated systems. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How we use information

To provide, manage, and improve marketing services for our clinic clients;
To schedule and confirm appointments on behalf of clinics;
To communicate with our clients about their service;
To meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Advertising and cookies

Advertising campaigns we manage use advertising-platform tools (such as Meta pixels) to measure ad performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies on landing pages we operate for clinics. You can control ad personalization through your advertising-platform settings and browser controls.

Service providers

We use established service providers to deliver our services — including advertising platforms, customer-relationship and messaging software, payment processors, and fulfillment partners — who process information only to provide those services.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. Clinic clients may request deletion of their account data by contacting us.

Your choices

To opt out of texts, reply STOP to any message. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information we hold, contact us at the address below. If your request concerns information collected on behalf of a specific clinic, we may direct it to that clinic or act on their instruction.
