Create your Meta Business Portfolio
This is the free "business container" Facebook and Instagram ads live inside.
- Go to business.facebook.com and log in with the Facebook account that manages (or will manage) your clinic's Facebook page.
- Click Create account → enter your clinic's name, your name, and your business email.
- Confirm the email Meta sends you.
✓ Already have Business Manager for your clinic? Skip to Step 2.
- Inside Business Manager, open Settings (gear icon) → Accounts → Ad accounts.
- Click Add → Create a new ad account.
- Name it after your clinic (e.g., "Smith Chiropractic Ads"), set your time zone and USD, and assign yourself as the person who manages it.
✓ Already run (or ran) any Facebook ads? You likely have an ad account — find it in the same menu and skip to Step 3.
This is the card your ad budget charges to — it goes directly to Meta, never through us.
- In Business Manager: Settings → Billing & payments → Payment methods → Add.
- Add the business card you want funding your ads (plan on a minimum of $50/day).

Make sure your clinic's Facebook page is connected
Ads run "from" your clinic's Facebook page. In Settings → Accounts → Pages, confirm your page is listed — if not, click Add → Add a page and claim it.
Final step — the one everyone misses
This button securely grants our fulfillment team access to run ads in the account you just set up. It takes about 30 seconds: log in with the same Facebook account, review what's being shared, click Approve. You can revoke access anytime — the account stays 100% yours.
🔗 Connect my ad account now
Powered by Leadsie — a secure access-sharing tool. We never see your password, and your payment method stays visible only to you and Meta.
Stuck? Two common snags:
① Meta asks you to "verify your business" — usually not required for this; if it blocks you, tell us and we'll walk it together on your onboarding call.
② You had an old ad account that's disabled — don't fight it; create a fresh one under your new Business Portfolio (Step 2) and connect that instead.
Anything else: reply to your onboarding email or text your account manager — that's what we're for.
